So, baking and cooking is going into over drive this week, I need to decide what to make to take to a non-veg appetizer party, I’m thinking mini cupcakes (possibly of the apple variety) and I also want to take something dad and I can eat other than dessert, so, I’m going with my special white bean hummus with pita bread and carrots, but I want to take one more thing, cuz, come on, who can get through two and a half hours with hummus alone? I just want to prove to a bunch of people that my vegan food is way better than what the hostess will be serving (probably store bought everything and diet coke, icky) I’ll figure something out. UPDATE: I’ve decided, I’m going to bring hummus with pita bread and Vegan Con Queso with tortilla chips. Yum!
